Confidentiality
1) Observers acknowledge that discussions at Society Board Meetings or Society Committee Meetings are strictly confidential save where expressly stated not to be, and save for official reports of meetings, such as basic publication of minutes. Observers may from time to time have access to, or knowledge of, price sensitive information, including those circumstances set out in 2 below. All Observers shall keep all such discussions or information strictly private and confidential.
2) For the avoidance of doubt the confidentiality provisions outlined above remain even after a member is no longer a Board Observer or Committee Observer.
3) Observers agree not to discuss Society business on Internet message-boards.
4) Observers will respect the confidentiality of e-mails from Board or Committee members.
5) Any attempt by an Observer to arrange undue or improper favours with members of staff at Lincoln City FC for personal gain will result in exclusion from future meetings.
6) If an Observer acts in a way which conflicts with the Rules, this document, the Society's policy, Board or Committee decisions or resolutions, that Observer will be excluded from future meetings BUT NOTE THAT THE CONFIDENTIALLITY RULES DETAILED ABOVE STILL APPLY. In such a circumstance the Board may propose that the member is expelled from Society membership as allowed for in the Rules.
